Manta Ray Squats- 275x5, 285x5, 295x5, 315x3. - messed with lifers again and put on belt but didn't close it for my top set.

Belt Squats- 327.5 for 3 sets of 10

Shoulder Rehab- lots

Definitely more in the tank!

Hopefully the shoulder rehab goes smooth and you can compete again soon

Manta Ray Squat- 335x1, 235 for 3 sets of 5

Lots of rehab.

Manta Ray Squat- 355x1, 270 for 5 sets of 3

Lots of rehab.

I'm going to start 2 week cycles of my new program till the weight gets a little heavier. Then I'll move to 4 week waves and put more assistance work in. This week I'll start 45# rack pull holds too.

Top set from Saturday. Still a lot more in the tank, and the lifters seem to work a little better for the Manta ray, since it's a form.of high bar squat.
