Yesterday: Bench 127.5 - wasnt feeling it, so just dropped to 120x3.
Low handle deficit trap bar: 220x3
Today: Bench 132.5x1,100x10

Yesterday: Bench 130x1, then failed with 137, dropped to 135 and failed there too..
Moved to behind the back deadlifts, did a lot of singles with 220 and 230 to grease the groove with the movement again.
Today: Bench 130x1, failed with 135, tried again and managed to grind it. Then i did behind the backs, reached 250 - not too hard, but i was super tired at this point, so stopped there.

Last week was pretty weak, no notable lifts, except yeserday i benched 137.5kg which is a pr. probably will try to go for 3 plates in the next few days. Today i climbed to 250kg behind the back deadlift - trying out a different technique, sort of. Then i did some light benching and pumped the arms a bit

Yesterday: some behind the backs with 240kg. Failed with 255kg. Cant get the technique right. Then i did behind the neck press, 60x9 (amrap)
Today: PR with 272.5kg (600lbs!) on deadlift. Video is not great, but it is what it is:

Saturday: Bench 135x1, deficit low handle trap bar - up to 220x3
Sunday: went for 275 on deads, managed to lift it off the ground a bit but nothing more. Then i did 260 for a single, and then bench - 130x1, 120x3

Bad bench day, failed with 140, then 125x2 and then 127.5 - failed on second rep, i was pretty tired and not focused after the first failure

Behind the back deadlift for the first time in a while - climbed to 255kg (I initially failed with 250 but then adjusted something in my technique and lifted it easily)

Forgot to update for a few days. Nothing notable happend, did a lot of behind the backs with 250-260 or so.
Today i had a failed attempt with 280kg on deadlift, but then did 260x2 which is a pr.Then i did some power cleans - climbed to 105. It's not a great idea to do these after a heavy deadlift.
