Can't get belt off.. Help!
So I recently just got my 3-inch belt in from Pioneer https://generalleathercraft.com/product ... ting-belt/
and whenever I put it on, I can't get it off!! It's seriously a freaking two-man job. Have any of y'all had this problem? It's a 13mm, 3-inch belt.

Just whenever I put it on, it takes another dude to come and pull it off. Does this improve with time as it breaks in? I've had a similar issue with a pervious belt, but it was a 4-inch and it wasn't nearly as severe

I mean it sounds like the best solution is going to be making sure a person of the gender you're into is nearby so you can say least have a meetcute before you pass out...
I've seen some people use the power cage as a place to brace the end of the belt, then twist their body, maybe that would help?

HA! That's hilarious. I totally forgot about the power cage method. I'll give that a shot next time I use it. Thank you

An actual belted lifter would know far more than me, but your title definitely got my attention, lol.
Anyway, a friend of mine used to pull the end tip away from his body and kinda wrap it around the upright of a bench, rack, or whatever was nearby. Then he'd pull his body away in the opposite direction until there was enough room for the prongs to slip out of the holes.
Couldn't find a video, though, and I don't know if that would fuck up a belt over time...

Had it happen once with my 4" 11mm Titan single prong.
Really, really, really wanted to get that one extra hole tighter.
So much harder getting it off again.
Not a happy feeling.
iirc, i used one of my spotter arms low on the rack, and laid down underneath it with the belt tongue pinched against it with my hand, and used my body weight.
Side of the rack trick was not enough in that instance.
Now i use a 13mm lever, and also over time have found i don't need the belt uber tight to begin with.

Happened once or twice with my old belt if I was feeling particularly chubby... never with my Pioneer...
I stopped really cranking down on it.
