1ct Bench, 80% AMRAP
8x240 @RPE10 (same as the last 2 weeks, officially stalled)

Front Squat w/ Belt
3x250, RPE8
2x2x250 backoffs

JM Press
3x10x55
/SS/
BoRs
5x10x175 (these were pretty hard today)

BW Situps
3x14, EMOMs (pretty easy)

Great song to come on during my Bench AMRAP even if it didn't get me a PR on anything.

Gonna have to wait and see how Thursday goes. I'm not too worried about the stall since my e1RM is 305. When I come back from Christmas vacation though I'll be doing some more volume on my bench. Just don't know what accessory to add in yet.

The big day:
1ct Bench (all sets)
10x45
5x95
5x135
4x165
3x185
2x215
1x235
1x255 @6
1x275 @8 (PR)
1x288 @9 (PR)
1x300 @10 (PR)
Finally hit a 300lb Bench. My life is officially effortless and all my problems are gone forever. I can now say I no longer have a poverty bench thank God.

Front Squat w/ Belt
5x95
5x135
3x185
2x205
1x225
1x240
1x255 @7
1x270 @8.5
0x285 (failed)
First time ever peaking my Front Squat. Went how I expected. Note to self too, don't do a heavy deadlift day 2 days before peaking this. My back was feeling it by the end.

BW Situps
4x14, EMOMs

Nice work, brother! That bench was solid.

Front squat is one of those weird lifts where it either flies or dies. Bonus points for special effects though.

@Renascent @broseph
Thank y'all. The Bench was the big news. The Front Squats I could kinda care less about.

Vacation is over. Did a small session to tell my body that after eating like shit and walking an average of 7k steps a day.

Deadlift Beltless
3x225
3x275
3x315
3x365

1ct Bench
3x135
3x185
3x205
3x225

Belt Squat w/ Wedges
10x45 x2
10x70
Belt squat rig is new to me and so are the wedges. Just doing light weight ive never felt so much burn in my quads before. It's something squats can't touch on these. They'll become part of my hypertrophy splits for quads going forward.

Nice work on the bench PR! Its always nice when you can hit a small PR to start off your attempts, and then led off from that success.

What sort of wedge setup did you end up going with?

Ended up getting these
https://www.amazon.com/Elevated-Weightl ... C90&sr=1-1

I think they're great. If you wear weightlifting shoes or any shoes with decent grip they don't slip on you. My girlfriend likes them too, but her feet slip on them a bit because she takes her shoes off when she squats and deadlifts so it kinda comes with the territory. Only future drawback I see is they're made not to slip on the bottom with 4 rubber pieces that look like they're glued on. Won't be surprised if one comes off after a year or so, but that's what 30 dollars on amazon gets you.

Front Squat w/ Belt
8x220, RPE 9
3x6@220

Just did front squats today since I'm going to a public req center with my girlfriend tomorrow. She doesn't want to try out a new gym alone and I'm curious as to what has happened in them since Covid was a thing. Doing all my Bench stuff there to establish dominance in a new habitat (plus they have 3 benches there and 1 squat rack -_-).

Oh and fuck front squats after not doing them for a few weeks. These felt horrible.

1ct Bench
2x3 x240

Chest Press Machine
30x33
15x44
20x55

Lat Pulldowns
10x66
10x99
10x121
8x165

Leg Extensions
10x50
10x60
10x70

Rower Machine
5:00 steady state

So i lifted at a public gym for the first time in 3 years and it all came back. Had the old guy doing Lord knows what on a seated cable machine, a PT that was telling a guy that you should never put your feet more than shoulder width apart to squat, and a dude that looked at me when I went to use leg drive benching and pushed myself 6" across a bench with the roughness of a butcher block.

Loved being able to use machines again and eves drop on conversations across the gym. Shining moment was when my girlfriend said the PTs advice sucked and that your best squat foot placement is what should be most comfortable if you just wanna get in shape.

Need to figure out the slick bench issue though because benching was essentially zero leg drive.
