Just a catch all for non topical suppness.

TFW you change your lifting days, lose track of what day of the week it is, think you have to deadlift tomorrow, then realize you're actually off and can stay up and play video games if you so desire.

Would never happen. I can track at what point I am in the meso-cycle pretty precisely by how shitty I feel.

Exactly. I'm sore in my legs, ass, and back, but not cripplingly so. Must be the day for light squats, heavy presses, and chins.

It's more that i have literally almost no frame of reference for what day it is except for my lifting.
Well, outside of grocery day.
But flipping days even made me forget my one other marker this week, MotoGP race day.
It's definitely thrown my senses off this first full week.

I track where I are with my program exercising with how stanky my clothing is, and program my video gaming time accordingly

Not even 9pm, and my plans to take over the world seem to be fading into bedtime thoughts already.

I passed out on the couch watching letter kenny after taking kiddo around the neighboor hood for candy.

Well. It might have to do with that 1(4?) fingers of bourbon I drank while handing out candy to all the kids.

Best part of handing out candy was a buddy came to hang out. He dressed at a penguin.

When we were going around the hood one comment
"it's too damn hot for penguin to be just walking around"
"It must be nudie magazine day"

Win!

Not much. A bit of frost on the pumpkin this morning. It must be gettin' chilly up there in the Northlands, eh? Winter is coming, I suppose.

It's been surprisingly mild so far. Less than 4 or 5 nights below freezing.
Surely winter is coming though.

I really should get a walk in today while it's sunny.

Hello!

I am between squat sets. This is a useful distraction. Damnit, my timer is up.

Up too late watching the game last night. Not a baseball fan but always watch the WS. As a MI boy I'm glad to see Verlander get a ring.

Getting moving after my two day break is always a thing.
Gonna do some 10 breath breathing paused squats up to 135 to inform my body what's on the menu for later.

I'm going to spend more time than I should today thinking of things this could be a euphemism for.

Sup, Dub. You think Dovi has a chance in hell if MM93 stays on his bike?

Marquez almost has to fall off for Dovi to win.
Still, Dovi has finally come alive this year.
I am very pleased, not only because it's just great to see Dovi start getting wins, but also because i think Lorenzo is a whiny little...

Not saying Lorenzo hasn't been a great rider.
I just can't stand him.

Lots of new blood next season.

It would have been far more polite of them to begin the game earlier, possibly with the completion around 915 or so.
