Morning, ironheads.
I slept with the window open last night, with lows in the high 50s.
Got at least 7 hours in. Pretty good for me.

I had two dogs and a kid jumping around in my bed this morning. Sleeping in is hard.

I was gonna catch up on sleep this morning, because daylight savings time ended.
But my dog did not cooperate. Hard to sleep when someone is disassembling a tennis ball in your bed, and throwing/pouncing on it.

Dog clock is "time to take a shit", "time to eat", or "time to take a walk". Sadly it does not adjust for DST.

A couple of days ago I was browsing halloween pics on imgur before going to bed and I actually woke up because I had a nightmare about a green faced witch chasing me through an american style house

My wife and I had the same thought process going to bed Saturday night. We were both so excited for a free hour of sleep. Then, right before I fell asleep, my brain reminded me that an 8 month old doesn't know how clocks work, and he was up at 4:45 adjusted time. And it felt even worse than if we left the clocks set to 5:45.

Same thing with our 1 year old. Last night he wouldn't go to sleep until 12:30am which was 1:30a, last week

sounds about right. Though I've lately taken to pacing around on calls. Then i Just find food "pardon me, i'm hungry and making food, but at least you get my undivided attention. if i was sitting at the desk I would be distracted. "

The worst are the conference calls that take place with webcams and you have to be seen sitting there.
