WUS Dubai
Novikov
Kilieskowski (Probably spelled that wrong)
Aivars (Can't spell his last name)
Came down to the last event - Stones - and Novikov wins overall by ONE point.

First, Annabelle is a champ, what with winning this then travelling to Britain's Strongest Woman and winning that too.
Second, holy flaming shit, Mateusz scares me. 2 years off, major tricep injury and surgery complications. 3 reps on the log, looks like a goddamn machine the whole time, and only just missed out on the stone. And for that incredible first time back performance... he is utterly despising himself. This man is either going to kill himself or single-handedly begin the singularity with his drive. Meanwhile, Novikov seems genuinely indefatigable.
Third, this was just great. The presentation was overall good, some nice, rounded events, and a bunch of great competitors. I was lucky enough to show it to family with no experience in strongman events, and they seemed to enjoy it quite a bit with someone to help them get saavy. And it was on ESPN! Applause all around for it.
