Whipped this up for lunch today
100g lentils
Can of tuna
Large egg
Healthy dash of trader hoes citrus garlic seasoning
1 tsp corn starch for good luck
1 tsbp of oil
Combine all non-oil ingredients. Add more cornstarch if mix looks too moist. Fry in oil, pushing flat into pancakes. Super tasty.

Lentils now go in everything. 9 grams of protein protein per .5 cup cooked and its a “starch”? Also I made a 2 pound bag, so I’m putting them in everything this week. In my breakfast burritos, in my pasta n meatballs, even in pork ramen. Fite me.
