He isn't Lasha, but he might be up there eventually. He is certainly a juice monkey, I don't see how that's a question, but what does that have to do with anything? There aren't any lifetime natties at that contest, and the records aren't the domain of natties either. If he gets the records, then he is great in relation to all the other juice monkeys. It's an extremely hypocritical but largely level playing field. The difference between Weightlifting and Strongman is Weightlifting maintains a pretense of being drug free.

The point is not to say anyone is better or worse than anyone else.
I guess there have been other juiced phenoms at early ages ... my own internal Olympic WL Data isn't so hot ....
But goddamn this one seems over the top given the circumstances and PEDs-in-the-News-again things that have been going on lately.
