What the Heck is Going On this Year?

I don't know what this actually is, or how serious to take it, but Phil is a great guy. He and his wife and son rode around Boston with me and my wife inmy rental car leading up to the first Boston contest that Art put on. Went to the gym with him too, for light stuff and stretching a day or two before the comp.
