The SSC rating is subjective, of course.
SSC[cwd] of "PBJ Sandwich" is 1.0.
SSC[DirtyRed] of "PBJ Sandwich" is 0.5.
This is how we can tell that the SSC[DirtyRed] system is wrong. It doesn't match SSC[cwd], which is the canonical, most correct, SSC rating system.

The bagel is my favorite sandwich. I put cream cheese on both sides then I sandwich them together. You can put 0.1g of meat inside too.
