Naw, deadlift just doesn't translate to CoC as well as CoC translates to DL.
Regardless, I am trying to get as many people here using grippers, and running. That way I hate myself less for doing them.
I just pulled out my trainer. Think I'll give the COC another go, with less frequency and volume...

Maybe once a week would work better than 3 times.

Bro, of course. A dead requires - what - 6-7 seconds of grip tension?

A set of RDLs requires about 45-60 seconds.

The limiting grip-factor on the deadlift is usually peak gripping strength; the limiting grip-factor on RDLs is muscle endurance/fatigue.

And there's a theory that the smaller the muscle the quicker it fatigues (I don't know if I buy it or not). Farmer walks can be a good grip exercise that triples up to back and conditioning.

Will farmer's make my traps swole?

Maybe. Paypal me $1.37 and learn how.

I don't trust any program that costs less than $25.00 to run, unless it's free.

It's not a program. The 12-week swole traps template is $37.10, while the couching service is $137/month.
