Post video.

I've always thought the phrase "I'm peaking" sounded remarkably dirty

Yeah. Just basically buying up programming until I have a bunch of cycles bought. Then I can implement into my own goals with RPE limits.

Yesterday I was on crutches. The flare up was bad enough that a bedsheet was too much pressure and contemplations of amputation flowed through my consciousness.

I stubbed my toe last week taking drunken pictures of some idiots' car that I called the cops on a few times. . . It still didn't hurt as bad as the gout. I've had a took break while eating and the gout is still worse. I was about to cut my joint open and pour in something to neutralize the acid. . . . Best of luck.

Solid work. Sorry to hear about your foot - I hope you feel better.

Nice singing, BTW. Really adds to the experience.

Going from being so ill to what you showed in the video is remarkable recovery, Matt! Good to see you are back lifting again!

Got some quad cramps coming home tonight, so I went out to the garage and worked them out with front squats.
