I find the variability to be even greater with creatine. Two scoops can appear equal and yet one will weigh 3 grams and the other 6. But again, I'm assuming that my scale is consistent, and maybe it's not.

I weight out 20-30 servings each of creatine, glycine, unflavored whey, cocoa powder, and psyllium husks and mix it all together.

2 loose level scoops is +-2 grams within the perfect daily serving.

For now, it's definitely worth it to me. Walking in there for the first time made me feel like I'd been robbed for years, shopping on the "outside."

Plus, I've been on some gamma lid kick, so acquiring food-grade buckets and stashing away anything I can store in bulk means the membership's already paid for itself. Kinda sad when I consider the things that now bring me joy in my late thirties; I drove to another parish this weekend, just to find a red bucket to store my protein stash.

I'd like to get a huge bag of casein, but Myprotein's prices look iffier every time I look.

Yep. It's a lot easier if I know what I'm going for, keep my eyes forward, and try to get out asap.

I did have a moment of weakness and bought some chicken sausages that no one else in the house really cares for -- more for me. Might even try out the canned chicken thighs if I have to jettison some of the usual victuals from my diet.

And those pepperoni pizza slices are hard to turn down, at 30-plus grams of protein (hnnng)...

Keep your eyes forward, don't cause any trouble, walk up to the biggest sample table you can find and establish your dominance over it.

Do you have some sort of point? Are you repsonding to some invisible post?

Unflavored isolate
5 pounds for $40
25 grams per 29 gram serving, so 86%, based on the label anyway.
https://www.nutritionexpress.com/whey-i ... ttle-20451
I've actually gotten a better price on this item from this site.
Pretty sure it was $30
Their "Crazy Deals" have been more infrequent lately, and i haven't seen ones to match when i stocked up, but i keep an eye on the site to track their trend.
Won't have to buy till the end of 2023.

The Vanilla glazed donut flavored concentrate i bought was like 73% off.
Haven't seen those deep of discounts since i bought.
I thought it was going to be disgusting, but i really liked it.
Would buy again.

What was the expiration date? Fitness labs uses a different label for their isolate these days, so I assume this was from old stock.

I rarely get any more good deals via slickdeals for them.
Really essentially never.

They jacked prices up and now i look for better deals elsewhere.
Their discounts onsite still end up being more than i want to pay.

But if i do, i'll share here.

After taxes, the total was 207. So thats a little over 100 per bag. But thats 22lbs of protein powder.

Interesting. When I checked the price yesterday, it was $229.99 per bag before tax. Looks like MyProtein has variable pricing. Do you have an account them with them? I was viewing as a guest.

Myprotein is running a lot of 50% off sales lately. They just sent me a code for another one, plus free shipping:
