Trained right off of a Nightshift. Felt nausea after benching, and it didn't recede. Sacked off the chin ups and got on the motorcycle home.

On side note, I've not been logging, mostly cause the site wouldn't work for me on most occasions I tried, found my way back last week and it seems to be holding up so I'll try get back in the habit.

Did this once all the way through, then halfway the second run through. Boak. Had to stop.

Easy 10 minute row once I'd got over the nausea. I

Id normally run but I've a niggle on my foot just now, (jumped off a wall and bruised the ball of my foot, toes and foot pain). But I'll keep this in next week anyway. See if I can get two rounds..
