32 December 2017

Did some curls. BUT FIRST did some bicep accessories. Hit all the extended bicep family hard - Press (shoulder biceps & anti-biceps), CGBP & wide-grip BP (chest biceps & anti-biceps)

The careful observer may observe here that my utmost intention was to demoralize the biceps proper by makin them watch the lesser biceps families suffer and fail. Then I had a short break. Thus a false sense of security was lulled all up in them, and BAMN! heavy guage needle prostate biopsy - no twilight anesthesia. Biceps be like juvenile wolverines stuffed into tube socks. Embracing my manifold density, as is foretold. Time to get my airtasker guy Ramon back on track with the e-book edits. Fucker keeps espanolling it.

To answer your questions, point number 1 - I deadlift many. It does not take someone with a 100 IQ or even greater genious to realise that if your weight stays unlifted, on the floor, it will be succeedingly difficult to subsequently curl it post-haste. Although sometimes I do floor curls to further confuse and defenestrate my biceps into submission. The biceps of the lower body, while not as tricksy as massage professionals or the actual biceps, do still need to be coerced, cajoled, convinced and bribed into massive, brutality levels of growth or perineum work.

Blessings upon all your bicep families in this season of sorrow. Note that it is even more important during this time to save yourself from the perils of self(or other)-love. Keep your nut extracts and girl lotions locked down for max gains. Thus combined with curls as described in my upcoming e-book is the only way your arms will look like pythons killing other snakes, possibly also pythons.

Lots of accessories today. Then bamnmnmnmn - straight up in the ceps with e-meter. Max confusion therapy was extra maxxed today. I used the double isolation blind control protocol. I only put chins here because I forgot to log in accessory log.

Most of it is done with the ancillary biceps of the legs and lower back, but this forms an important role modelling exercise for the biceps families of the arms, not unlike the way in which my role model, Elliott Hulse, provides a role model for lost manchilds, manlets, and chronic youtube expertise sufferers.

Hey gentle viewers, my many apologings for the delay in touching base with you re my burgeoning in various zones biceptual. Today was chronic confusion matrix approach to them bicepticons. Maslow himself ain't even ever imagined actualization of such a degree; I am all up in the muscle fibres on a spiritual level.

Interesting story. February was originally actually named after the Greek god of getting a sick bicep pump - Febrocrates (pron. fee - BRO - crates). Here endeth your learning lesson.

Was sorely disappointed in my lesser erogenous zones that prefabbed ezcurl bars in this establishment only go up to 35. This is in no way sufficient unto me. I would have set up mightily on the deadlift platform with multiple 10kg bumper plates on an oly curl bar like my main man the other night, but - (a) - I'm not a turbo-cunt, and (b) - curling all up in a mirror is a form of self-abuse akin to pumping your snake junket onto a picture of yourself. Notwithstanding furthermore both sap your manly or femininely strength. Justly proved. You can guess how. Yes, it is science.

Still, got a significant pump (p<.001, rita-squared - bout fiddy). Arms felt and looked like albino greyhounds on meth trembling with unburgeoning power, speed, and a little bit hairy. Particularly the well developed grayhound ass region.
