Bit of a hybrid workout. I skipped yesterday after I was experiencing increasingly painful headache-like sensations after every squat rep, even at very low weights. Today was a combination of yesterday's planned workout and tomorrow's.

2ct Pause Squat with Belt
225 x 5 @ 6
235 x 5 @ 7
245 x 5 @ 8.5
245 x 5 @ 8
2nd time doing a barbell squat in weeks. Should be able to increase on this relatively easily for a while as I get used to the movement again, I think.

3ct Pause Bench Press
220 x 3 @ 6.5
230 x 3 @ 7.5
240 x 3 @ 8.5
240 x 2 @ 8.5
240 x 2 @ 8

Close Grip Bench Press
175 x 10 @ 7
185 x 10 @ 8.5

Haven't done SQ + DL on the same day in a while so I backed off the plan on SQ a little bit today.

Bench Press with Slingshot

315 didn't feel great as I unwracked it but moved pretty fast.

1.75" Deficit Deadlift (sumo)

Reverse Grip Bench
