Hope so too! I saw from the USAPL Database she lifted in one of their meets last year.

It was great to watch her lift on the World stage back in 2015.

I appear to have a battle on my hands.
Informal results from a Sept. 8th meet here in Maine, show someone in men's masters 93kg class has beaten my total by 10 kilos.
I believe i am on track to remedy that.
My squat record will still stand after the formal results post, and he didn't better his 110kg bench he had posted for single lift prior to this meet, so that is in reach.
A 197.5kg pull will get me the DL record back, that is more clear to me than exceeding the 110kg bench, but i'm really not far off from that bench number now. Just have to keep up the work.

Perfect timing to give me a little extra fire between now and November.

Normally I don't post outside of my log much, but I'm rather pleased with how this meet went, so I thought I'd share. Competed in the USPA Legion Sports Festival Open in Long Beach, CA. 181 lb open class. Weighed in at 174, went 9/9 ending with a 451 squat, 303 bench, 622 deadlift, and 1377 total. There's a write up and some videos in my log.

Thanks, Ben. This would have been/may still be, the fourth meet he has run this year.
That was his goal, but i imagine he'll do fewer next year.
