Brown rice has more arsenic in it in general.
so I'm slowly building up an immunity to arsenic, Princess Bride style? excellent
I've given up on cooking rich and just buy microwave rice now. It's fine.

I tried something call Forbidden rice at a restaurant i went to. The rice is actually black and according to the waiter way back when only royalty was permitted to eat it, thus the title of "forbidden". It tasted pretty good.

It's been hashed over a dozen times, but no not really... anyone who tells you otherwise is listening to the bro-scientists...
Personally I eat mostly brown rice... about 2 cups a day with my lunches. As far as flavor goes it's all mixed with chicken/steak and salsa so I never really notice...
