Pre-digested Protein

What's a carb? A car part? What's a macro? A type of camera lens?

Concentrated whey protein - Obtained by filtration, it retains some lactose (carbs) and fat. Cheap and the best if you have no problems with lactose. 100% of it is absorbed. Around 80% of it is protein.
Isolated whey protein - Obtained by microfiltration (it's still filtration), it still retains a bit of lactose and fat. Pricier and way over 80% protein. Some lactose intolerant/alergic/sensitive people may tolerate this protein.
Hydrolyzed whey protein - Obtained by ultrafiltration to remove "all" lactose and fat (they interfere in the hydrolysis, it seems), and then broken down (the protein molecules) with proteolytic enzymes (enzyme hydrolysis). This process "neutralizes" the most allergenic parts of the protein molecules, and that is why this is used in hypoallergenic baby formula.

TL:DR - Don't have lactose problems, buy Whey Concentrate. You have? Buy Whey Isolate. You have milk protein allergy? Buy Hydrolyzed Whey.

Pre-digested protein is a scam.
