I did this by accident. I made my account, but I must have accidentally clicked on the under 14 button. Instead of trying to e-mail to get it resolved, I just made another one. The first account will never get approved, because I'm not going to give my mom the waiver. :-) #rebel

I tried to set up an account but the registration email never came, even after a few requests to resend it. Figured it was a problem at my server's end so registered again with a different email. If you have a Rugbysmartarse account listed you can delete it

This happened to me. I just slid up in that DM and bae fixed it for me.
