Slingshot Cuffs
Has anyone tried, or currently use Slingshot Cuffs for their elbows or upper forearms?

Have a pair. They add 10ish pounds off the chest. Kind of like a mini slingshot. They do get uncomfortable very quickly. They arent better for aches and pains than neoprene elbow sleeves.

I like the cuffs for certain aches and pains more than the elbow sleeves. Plus they look cooler. Not sure if they add weight on bench. That seems untrue.

You must not have them on the tight side but they DEF add weight to bench if they are even a little tight

The forearm cuffs?
How’s that even work to add weight to a bench? Mine are pretty tight. You are fucking with me right ?

Re: Slingshot Cuffs
I have a pair, they work great to protect my Brachioradialis muscles. I severely stained my left one (supinated) pulling a Deadlift PR on 12/30/17
Thanks to the cuffs I have been able to continue training most of my exercises. They don't add any pounds to my lifts.
