I'll make sure I start using that hashtag. I'm trying to be more active on this forum now instead of just being a lurker.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
408 - 3lb PR I'll have another shot at this on Saturday. Hopefully i can pretty it up a bit.
Still stoked about this after a dreadful session with too much fatigue accumulated last Saturday.
I was supposed to do two heavy singles today, but called it after 386 and 408. It is what it is.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
I'm mid hypertrophy block so no new 1RM's, but I've been getting some rep PRs while cutting, which I'm extremely happy with. Here's a 275x6 paused bench from yesterday:

@KarlM , yeah, not ideal, but oddly confidence building.
Need to keep that twist from happening.
Your bench looked really great, man. +++

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
This thread is a great idea, congrats to everyone on their sweet PRs.
I started doing snatch-grip DLs for the first time recently and hit 200kg for a single yday. My setup was ugly (usually get much tighter, no back rounding), but I'll take it.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
I did Sumo DL for the first time ever and ended up at around 102% of my conventional e1RM from the previous training block. Technically a PR!

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
I almost accidentally made a PR this week that rather pleased me. I have some sort of wrist problem (temosynovitis) and a flaring up of my old shoulder problems (I overdid it on bench the other day) so I've been taking it easy for a couple of weeks.
I was looking for a deadlift-like movement that wouldn't aggravate the wrist and decided to try rack pulls from low blocks (12.5cm,5"). My plan was to do 180kg for a few triples but that proved silly easy and didn't hurt the wrist so I did 210kg 3x3. Still easy so I did singles with 230,240 and finally 250, shown here:
Now this is very encouraging because those aren't very high blocks and I'm now very confident that I can pull at least 240 from the floor. Maybe even get an all-time deadlift PR soon. For comparison, some numbers:
230kg: M2 93kg national record, Mar 2017
232.5kg: Best recent deadlift, Dec 2018
242.5kg: All-time best raw deadlift, Aug 2014
250kg: All-time best equipped deadlift, Nov 2012
260kg: All-time best rack pull (probably about 25cm), Jun 2012

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
Oh hey so I did a manlet thing last week, I benched a PR. It's a massive PR in fact, 15kg over my previous PR fo 105kg from 15 months ago. To confound things further, I am currently in the last week of a 3 months long diet and I haven't had a conventional deload for just as long....
Colour me surprised because I haven't benched above 105 in training since that last PR, not raw anyways. I hit 118 with a slingshot but it doesn't mean much since I don't have much in the way of data to work out what my raw bench would be when I can hit xyz with a slingshot.

Re: PR THREAD OF AWESOMENESS!!!
@DCM I treied SGDL and gave them
Up after one sessions here or there in the past because of this. Then a few months ago I had the realization that I could just bring my grip in just a hair, and no more junk smashing!
