A bit all over the place, but got something done. The curl chronicles continues: The standing multiflight machine makes for a pretty solid curl variation after having played around with it today.

Hoist Incline Press: 13x12,12,10,8,7
Machine Lateral Raise: 45kgx15,13,12,10

Cable French Press: 4(15kgx15)
Pec Flyes: 73.3kgx12, 68.5kgx10,10,10
Rear Delt Flyes: 3(56kgx15)
Multiflight Curl: 4(30kgx15)
Cable Neck Flexion/Extension: 12.5kgx15,15kg x15,12,12

Adding weight to my gym pin on the rotary contraption is always an interesting experience. It's super smooth, but it's getting to the point when I pull down I'm lifting the seat, and myself, up too. Curling with the multiflight machine is a super nice variation.

Theme Song: Super Volcano (Toft Willingham/R.O.N)

Rotary Lat Pulldown: 5(20+15kgx12)
Star Trac Row: 4(135lbx12)
Machine Preacher Curl: 5(29kgx12)
Machine Pullover: 4(64kgx15)
Multiflight Curl: 4(36kgx15)
Hoist Shoulder Press: 3(12x11)
Gripper: 5(10x15)
Finger Band Extension (Yellow Band): 4(15)
Cable Hammer Curl: 35kgx15,12,12

Today was tough, but someone came up to me and said I looked 'unreal'. Not sure how I feel about that. Almost maxed out the new glute kickback contraption, so I suppose I have 99 problems but my ass ain't one.

Plate-Loaded Leg Press: 3(185kgx10), 180kgx12
Weighted Back Extension: 60kgx12,12,12,10
Leg Extension: 81.5kgx15,15,12,12
Seated Leg Curl: 130lbx15,12,12,12
Hip Adduction: 4(70kgx15)
Glute Kickback: 87.5x12, 100x12, 112.5x12, 125x12
Seated Calf Raise: 57.5kgx15,15,15,12
Hanging Leg Raise: 4(12)
Cable Side Bend: 4(70kgx12)

My go-to is usually Jason Voorhees, but maybe I'll make an exception this year.

I'm starting to get acclimated to "straining" lower rep ranges. Each set of cam bench got progressively easier, so I added an additional set. I like cam benching twice a week I must say. Neck work is still the hardest part of the session, but I'm seeing the proverbial fruit of that labour.

Theme Song: Blood Brothers (Papa Roach)

Cambered Bench Press: 5(92.5kgx6)
Hoist Incline Press: 14x12,12,10,10
Machine Lateral Raise: 4(50kgx12)
Machine Dips: 4(71kgx15)
Tricep Pushdown: 4(27.5kgx15)
Pec Flyes: 4(66.3kgx15)
Rear Delt Flyes: 4(58kgx15)
Prime Shrug: 4(85kgx15)
Cable Neck Flexion/Extension: 4(20kgx12)

I'm writing this while drinking a twenty-ounce glass of ale. This explains why you look like you do, and I look like I do.

My taste for top shelf whiskey keeps my consumption in check simply because of the cost of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue.
