hoping the anxiety is getting better...pretty common thing, i can say its a challenge for me as well. keep up the good training, eventually hopefully ill get my squat up to your numbers

Thanks man, the anxiety is still an issue, but has been getting a little better. Sorry it's an issue for you too - it definitely sucks. Not much time for training, but I get some in whenever possible - definitely helps with all that ails me (except maybe my lower back and shoulders :lol: ). My squat is still weaker than it used to be (along with all my lifts), but it's actually starting to getting pretty close to where it was and at a much lower body weight (174 vs 194). I guess it responds pretty well to the DUP strategy.
