I started these in May with 136lb, and progressed 8X8 to 8X10 up to 151lb in 2.5lb increments.
Jumped 10lb to 161 8X8 and decided I was tired of 8s and 10s, and went to body weight on the bar.
Will add 2 more sets, and then start adding one rep to one set, keeping this weight on.
8X8 body weight would be pretty cool...
