What the fuck is happening here? Not posting, just lifting? What has become of @mikeylikey? Also, how’s his mom doing? Why am I only asking questions like @JC?

Welcome back, Mikey. I don't remember where you were, but you came back with (to me) really great lifts.

That's the one.. My wife ran it 3 or 4 times and had good results, talked me into trying it.
I don't know if it's optimal but the variation from week to week sure makes it more enjoyable than slogging through a bunch of sets of 5 across. Gonna keep doing it till it doesn't work. Adding from 10lbs to 25lbs to each lift over 6 weeks 2 cycles in a row doesn't lie.
New bench PR on 4/2 @255.
Tried for a new deadlift PR @415 on 4/3, that one wouldn't go up. I did 395x4 a week earlier so it should have been easy. Think I fell victim to a week of lousy sleep and lousier eating.
Tested my Press 1rm for the first time, 175x1 then 180x0. Happy with that having not trained it for the last several months.
Running the same program for the next 6 weeks but swapping in Press for bench, and using bench as an assistance exercise. Based on the jump in my bench the first time I ran it I'm hoping for a 200# press soon and then 1xBW sometime mid-year.
Alright that's probably it for me for awhile, see you fuckers later.

Still lifting. Been dicking around with programming. Spending a lot of time camping and boating so my schedule is real inconsistent. Basically rotating 4 workouts: 6x6 lower, 7x6 upper, 4x3 lower, 5x3 upper.
Going to miss a week so thought today would be a nice time to test deadlift progress. 415x1, new PR. Pretty happy with that.
